Shri Sameer Rastogi

Sameer Rastogi is a Chairman of Startup Committee of Chamber of Indian Micro Small and Medium Enterprises. 

He is a veteran Advocate as well as Founder and Managing Partner of India Juris, an International law firm based in New Delhi. With over two decades of experience, he specializes in areas such as corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code 2016 and dispute resolution. He regularly advises startups, investors, financial institutions, and multinational companies, particularly on cross-border transactions and fund structuring. Under his leadership, India Juris has grown into a recognized firm with multiple offices across India and a strong reputation in the private equity and startup advisory space.
